Refund policy

Return/Refund Policy:

Thanks for purchasing our products at EvilApparel.com. To be eligible for a refund, you must

return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition

as received and undamaged in any way.

Please note that it is up to the customer to pay for shipping the item(s) back to us. Shipping, taxes and

duties are the Customer’s responsibility if an international order. Items must be in original saleable

condition, unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached. You may be asked

to provide personal details and or photos for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the

purpose of processing the return.

Shipping costs may be refunded on defective items only, with proof of shipping costs.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The payment

will be refunded to the original payment method you used for the purchase.

Intimate items, including underwear, bathing suits, leggings, cannot be returned for any

reason. Exchanges for the same item in a larger size may incur additional charges. If the new item is a

different product (including a different color) and there is a price difference you may need to pay the

difference or receive a partial refund. Exchanges can be done up to 15 days of receiving item, anything

past 15 days cannot be exchanged. 

For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to show on your credit card

statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the

return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. There are no exceptions.
